About Adeshola
I am a theatre Arts graduate, i majored in dance and choreography, i love teaching dance to people, it gives me a sense of satisfaction and Dance is an art that has alot of functions to the body and i love teaching it.

My teavhing method is simple, i base my class on the imaginative creativity of the students, i ask the students to create their own movements and not what they see online or other people's choreography and students and expected to be well kitted for each class
