About Shaleena
Full Time vocalist with a Bachelor in Musical Theatre and a Distinction Level 6 in London Trinity Performing arts.
I have been on Tour as Leading Vocalist with Some of Australia's biggest Production Companies and bands such as Symphony in Blue- Malaysian tour, Psyche Singapore tour, The Australian MoTown Show, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Parkes Elvis Festival, Entourage Productions, Some Like it Hot- A tribute to Marilyn Monroe, Mamma Mia, Welcome to Burlesque, Trace and Diamond Divas.
I was recently cast as Karla in the Gold Coast premier of Tarzan the musical and with raving reviews and have recently completed a short tour of Singapore with the production show Psyche.
Over 7 years experience in teaching Children's theatre,I have been a vocal coach and talent director for Eg Incursions, Bring it on Sports, Bettina Model Management, Vortex talent agency, Kool Kids dance and Insync Performing arts.
I have my own transportation and can come to your home to coach, own sound equipment and a few percussion instruments in required to keep the beat.

I believe each person has their own unique style of singing. I strongly believe in finding your own voice and singing from the heart as opposed to miniking the original artist.
Strong breath control and vocal hygiene is a must in all of my classes as well as knowledge of the song you are singing.
A song is a story and must be sung from the heart.
I like my classes to be fun and educational with exercises given at the end of each class to practise through out the week.
