About Tracy
I am a prospective medical student with a theoretical mathematics degree and eight years of tutoring experience in mathematics (calculus and below), general chemistry, and the life sciences (focusing on cellular and molecular biology, human anatomy and physiology, and kinesiology).

Typically students come to me who attend a class elsewhere and need help clarifying or practicing a concept. We often begin each session by the student telling me what they are confused by. Together, we walk through examples until the student feels they are ready to tackle the material on their own, at which point I give the student a practice problem to be completed alone. If the student has questions, I happily assist as needed. Once the student is finished with the problem, I have the student explain their reasoning to me, and then I let them know if they are right or wrong, and why.
Please note that I am extraordinary patient and I don't believe that there is a stupid question when it comes to learning. These subjects are challenging, and no one gets through them without help from someone. Please don't hesitate to ever reach out.
