About Ben
Graduate from the university of Birmingham, studying theoretical physics BSc, just finished my MSc at King's college London also in theoretical physics. I tutored students for maths GCSE whilst studying for my A-levels, also during that time I coached a junior maths challenge team to win the regional maths challenge event.

I will take the time to identify the main areas the student is struggling in, so that I know where it is best to focus our time. Then I will look at why the student struggles in that topic/ area, so that I can find an alternative way of presenting the idea. I frequently have seen in the teaching of maths that an idea is only shown in one way but I will adapt to the students way of thinking and present multiple approaches to the problem at hand, which should not only address the area they are specifically struggling in, but make them an overall better mathematician.
