I’m a certified RYT 500 Yoga Instructor with advanced training in Therapeutic. Yoga has been my passion since childhood. After working as an HR professional, I followed my heart and completed my certifications in yoga. Over the years, I’ve taught both online and in Dubai studios, helping students reconnect with themselves through gentle, holistic practices that nurture both body and mind. My approach is calm, supportive, and personalised — focused on helping you find balance, flexibility, and inner peace, wherever you are in your yoga journey.

Yoga is not just about twisting your body or doing the most difficult asana. It’s about giving time to your higher self — connecting with your inner calm and focusing on the life force called prana (breath).
My classes combine Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga to create a balanced and personalised practice for every student.
Hatha Yoga (Mindful Movement & Balance): Traditional Hatha practice focusing on posture alignment, flexibility, strength, and inner balance. Perfect for beginners and intermediate students who want to reconnect with their body and breath.
Vinnyasa Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga is a flow based practice where movements are connected with breath. it includes smooth transitions between poses, gentle sequence to improve mobility and stamina.
It is good for improving flexibility and coordination and also create a dynamic and energising experience.
Therapeutic Yoga (Healing & Restoration): Therapeutic Yoga is personalised and healing approach designed according to your body and specific needs. it focuses on gentle safe movements, breath-work and relaxation. It is suitable for beginners and all age groups. It helps to improve posture, mobility and internal balance.
