I had a really great experience with my personal training sessions. I wanted to focus on Pilates and improving my strength and fitness, and she made everything feel really personalized to me. Deena put so much effort into understanding what I needed and even spent hours outside of our sessions creating slides and information packs specifically for me. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me and wanted me to understand everything rather than just giving me exercises to do. She was really patient and supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions.
