About Henri
My name is Henri. I am a recent university graduate here in the UK. Originally, I am from Germany, however, I have lived abroad in the English speaking world for 7 years. During this time I have learnt that people enjoy learning German with me and I discovered my passion for teaching it! With me, you will be able to learn the rules of the German language but also engage in interactive activities that help you learn spoken German. My approach helps you learn in a way that repetitive Duolingo sessions are not able to offer.

My approach is very tailored. Depending on my student’s needs, I am always able to adapt my approach and keep things engaging and interactive. I do not believe in pure repetition and memorisation. I believe in learning by doing. Therefore, when I teach German, I look to combine the teaching of German language rules with interactive tasks and games.
