Hello! My name is Jahura, and I am a third-year medical student at The University of Manchester. I have always enjoyed teaching and mentoring. I have also worked as a tutor for almost the past 3 years and have had many satisfied customers. I am happy to be flexible with my teaching in accordance with my student's needs.

I offer all my new clients a taster lesson at a discounted rate, within which we will discuss which areas the student requires help with, and an action plan to cover any gaps in knowledge. After that, a typical lesson will last an hour. First, we will quickly review past content to keep previously studied content fresh in mind, before starting new content. I aim for lessons to be highly interactive, and more discussion-based as I guide the student to the right conclusion, as opposed to me just reading off a PowerPoint. We also will explore how to answer different styles of exam questions and finally finish with a review of what we have learnt. This structured yet engaging approach ensures that the student remains interested and retains the information effectively.
