About Joe
I am 20 years old and enjoy being active with particular interest in sport, especially footy, surfing and golf. I moved out of home at 18 years old immediately after graduating high school to attend my dream course to become a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
I am passionate about making the academic component of high school as enjoyable as it can be to ease the burden of stress that I know all too well exists throughout the schooling years.
I graduated High School in 2021 where I achieved Band 6's in Advanced English, PDHPE, SOR II, Advanced Maths, an E4 in Extension 1 Mathematics and a Band 5 in Chemistry.

Typical length of lesson is 1 hour but I am open to accomodate to the needs of the student. I have 3 years experience tutoring junior to senior high school mathematics. I place emphasis on completing past papers and working backwards to identify gaps in understanding to focus on development. As always, I am flexible to work with the student's needs and spend time on any area of their learning they feel requires attention.
Year 7-12 Mathematics is an area I am most experienced in but I am confident in my ability to further student's learning in all areas of high school Science, English, Studies of Religion and especially HSC PDHPE. Upon completing various anatomy/physiology and biochemistry courses throughout my Bachelor of Physiotherapy studies, I can provide students with a greater depth of understanding of the human body, especially important for subjects like Biology, Chemistry and PDHPE.
