About Viswajit
Hi! I'm Viswajit - a third-year Pre-Med student at Queen's who loves making science click for others. Let me tell you a bit about myself and why I love tutoring. Ever since I helped my first student understand cell biology back in high school, I knew teaching was my thing. Six years later, I'm still just as passionate about breaking down complex topics into bite-sized pieces that actually make sense. What makes me different? Well, I've been in your shoes. I know how overwhelming science can feel - whether it's trying to wrap your head around chemical equations or memorizing what feels like a million biological processes. But I've found ways to make these subjects not just manageable, but actually interesting (yes, really!). I adapt my teaching style to how you learn best. Some of my students are visual learners - we'll draw diagrams and use models. Others learn better through real-life examples or practice problems. Whatever works for you, we'll find it together. My proudest moments? When students tell me "Oh, now I get it!" or when they message me excited about acing their test. I've helped students boost their grades significantly, but more importantly, I've helped them build confidence in subjects they once feared. Want to know more or try a session? Just reach out - I'm always happy to chat about how we can make your academic goals a reality.
