About Yasmine
Hi! I'm a third-year student at the University of Ottawa in a science-based program and I have gained first-hand experience of the challenges that come with learning science and math. Through one-on-one sessions, my goal is to help students build strong foundational skills and knowledge in both math and science, that will allow them to excel in their post-secondary pursuits.

My approach to teaching is understanding the gaps in my student's understanding and supporting their learning in a manner that best fits their learning styles. This includes working through problem sets together, mini lessons, and ensuring thorough understanding through relatable examples.
