About Eliza
I am currently a third-year Computer Science student at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus and am offering tutoring services in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, and English. My current GPA is 3.8.
During high school I tutored elementary and middle school students in Mathematics and English. I created the curriculum for and taught an introductory Computer Science course to middle schoolers and started a program at my local senior center to help with all tech-related questions from senior citizens in my town.
I am familiar with several coding languages including Python, Java, and Assembly and have experience with graphic arts tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. During university, I have successfully completed Single Variable Calculus with Proofs, Multivariable Calculus, Statistics, and Linear Algebra. I am familiar with the AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, and AP English curriculums.

I make sure to tailor my tutoring to the students’ needs and figure out what works best for them. With some students I print out worksheets beforehand on topics they need help with and work through problems with them. Other times, I’ll answer questions about practice problems they bring to me.
Something that sets me apart as a tutor is that I’ve worked with people of all ages. During high school, I tutored younger children in elementary and middle school. I’ve also held tutoring sessions with my peers and adults.
