Hi! I'm not a teacher but I'm a student, ways teachers could convince us is adding a prize to the end of that task or have something to keep us motivated to do something. For example my head of year said “Poem IF pizza party up for grabs for any tutor group who can (as a class) recite the first two stanzas (2 paragraphs) of the poem. To enter let your tutor record the class on Friday and submit via email!! Exciting times!” My head of year has put a prize at the end of a task and has convinced over 180 students in my year to recite some of the poem IF. Hope this helped, have a great day :)
