Based in Greece — offering online lessons at convenient U.S. times (mornings and early afternoons EST). My lessons are built around making chess both educational and enjoyable, especially for young learners. As a FIDE Master with a 2238 FIDE rating and 2800 online, I focus on teaching how to think like a strong chess player — not just memorize moves. Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and goals. We usually start by analyzing the student's recent games to spot recurring mistakes and identify areas to improve. Then, we work on those themes through targeted exercises, model games, and practical play. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children, turning learning into a game-like experience while still building deep understanding. My experience competing in the World Junior Chess Championship and multiple Greek national championships gives me a strong base to share real insights from top-level play. I teach all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced tournament players. Whether you're aiming to win scholastic events or push toward FIDE norms, I’ll help guide you there.
