About Arthur
Hi, I'm Arthur. I'm really into maths and physics, and I enjoy tackling challenging problems in both subjects. Alongside that, I stay active as an athlete, which helps me keep a good balance in life. When I’m not studying or training, I love playing the piano—it's a great way for me to relax and express myself through music.

As someone who's recently undergone their GCSEs, there will be an essence of empathy and understanding involved in the lessons that can be hard to find amongst older tutors. My maths lessons will be targeted at a range of age groups but primarily for the ages of 11/12 to 15/16, up to GCSE level. The content will consist of anything involved in the WJEC syllabus and cover topics from trigonometry to calculating percentages. I completed my maths GCSEs through the medium of Welsh meaning that I'll be able to tutor either in Welsh or in English. In both of my maths GCSEs (numeracy and regular mathematics) I performed phenomenally, achieving high A*s. I even went on to study Additional Maths where I earned a distinction. I'm a kind and compassionate person, who has taught and coached many times in the past, giving me lots of experience that wouldn't ordinarily be expected of someone my age. I am a busy person who has lots on the agenda such as being a national standard athlete and a skilled musician, but I'll find time to tutor as well. These lessons will be flexible and will range from 15 minutes up to an hour.
