About Jolene
I'm a native speaker in Mandarin capable of teaching all-level Mandarin classes. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego, and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, which allow me to comfortably tutor or teach middle school to high school level Biology and Chemistry classes. I also have strong background in biomedical laboratory research, so I'm very happy to provide tips to high school students who want to study in this field.
I provide flexible schedule, safe environment, and dynamic lessons taught remotely. Class materials will be sent out using your preferred method a day in advance. I'm open to feedbacks from parents and students. In addition, I've always been a highly organized person, so if you need help organizing or making study plans, feel free to reach out!
Knowledge has no boundaries, so no matter where you are in the world, you're welcome to take my middle to high school level science lessons and all-level Mandarin lessons!
