About Khoi
Hi there, I'm Khoi! I am currently an international student at Monash University studying a Bachelor of Computer Science. I have always been passionate about problem-solving. That's why subjects like Math, Physics, and Competitive Programming interest me: you have to actually apply what you know (formulas, algorithms, etc.) to solve real, complex problems.
Beyond studying, I am also a problem setter as well as a tester for competitive programming problems. This has given me more insight about what makes a good problem and how to create them. I also play the piano :3 (I'm interested in jazz at the moment) and chess :), and I'm happy to play with you if you like

I firmly believe that the best way to master math, physics, and coding is by actually doing it. In our lessons, we'll focus heavily on active practice. We will work through past papers and tackle tricky problems together so you can build real confidence. I also design custom mock exams for my students—it's the absolute best way to practice your timing and figure out exactly what we need to review before test day!
Everyone's attention span and schedule are different, so my lesson lengths are totally flexible to suit what you need that week. (It would still have to fit my schedule, as I still have school :) )
A little about my background:
I scored a 96 (WAM) in A-Level Physics (awarded Top in Vietnam!) and a 97 (WAM) in A-Level Mathematics.
I am an IM on Codeforces / 6 Stars on Codechef with over 3 years of hands-on competitive programming experience.
I love working with other people. Whether you are specifically prepping for your A-Levels or you want to dive into the world of competitive programming, I'd love to help you achieve your goals!
