Qualifications - B.Ed, B.Pharma (2nd Rank), M.Pharma (Gold Medalist), M.B.A and Diploma in Clinical Research.
Achievements:
1) 25 papers published in national journals and 1 in International Journal.
2) Youngest teacher in university to teach B.Pharma students.
3) Recent Session: 5 students scored more than 95% in Chemistry in 12th and 9 students scored 10 CGPA in 10th class.
4) My students have been toppers of the school and also selected in genius search examination in India.

I have over 10 years of experience managing institution of 250 students of different ages with different mindset. The improvement in students come from realigning their focus and my teaching methods.
My belief: Most of the students are equally intelligent. Their brains are underutilised or their focus is diverted. If parents work on these two things, tutors are required for marginal improvement.
My way:
1) I teach students with simple methods but with tips/tricks to have long term recall.
2) I create curiosity in students towards the subject.
3) My focus is to counsel students as well as parents.
