About Yicheng
I am a Chinese student who has lived in North America for nearly seven years. During my study abroad, in order to taste the taste of my hometown and save living expenses, I would cook for myself. Because there are very few Chinese restaurants in North America that have food from Southeast China, so when I want to eat hometown food, I can only cook it myself. So my cooking skills are very proficient.

I will provide detailed recipes of authentic Southeastern China (near Suzhou) cuisine. And I will provide answers to questions encountered when cooking. I will also provide advice on the selection of raw materials. At the same time, if you are willing to open a video call while cooking, I can also provide real-time suggestions and opinions. In addition, I will also explain some tips on making Chinese food from time to time, in a format similar to a university classroom (based on PPT and video calls).
