About Nathan
Hello!
I am an Emmy and AACTA-nominated actor and a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), with professional experience across stage and screen, including work for Sydney Theatre Company, Bell Shakespeare, Belvoir, Griffin, Disney, Netflix, HBO and more.
My approach is practical, rigorous and tailored to the individual. Having worked professionally for over 20 years in both Australia and the US, I teach from firsthand experience of what actually works in rehearsal rooms, auditions and on set.

My sessions focus on clarity, truthful performance and building a reliable process students can apply independently.
For Senior Secondary Drama students, I provide targeted support for Solo and Group Performance projects, monologues and assessment preparation. We focus on strong, specific choices and aligning performance work clearly with syllabus expectations.
For screen acting and auditions, sessions are material-driven and personalised. The aim is to sharpen performance choices, deepen connection to text and build confidence under pressure.
My lessons are suited to senior secondary students, drama school applicants and emerging actors seeking focused, professional guidance.
I hold a current California CPS permit (Child Protective Services clearance), equivalent in safeguarding standard to an Australian Working With Children Check.
