About Sudhan
I've always been the top trainer wherever I have worked, people hire me with a lot of belief and good intentions. What I expect from my clients is to be engaged with my programs and not to compare with anyone else. I have always set my standards higher so that there is no competition for me, I expect the same from you as well. The training will be fun and knowledgeable. You just need to ensure that sticking with the program for at least a time period of 6 to 9 months for better understanding and learning new skills.

My name is Sudhan and I have been working as a personal trainer for the last 10 years.
Previously, I have worked with several fitness brands like HealthifyMe, Haute Fitness and GameOnFitness. I have also worked as a freelance fitness coach for several years.
I ensure that the training goals of the client are kept in mind while designing the workout routines, whether it is hypertrophy, performance enhancement, pain management or strength training. One of my favorite programs is the linear periodization program where you gradually increase the intensity of the workouts.
I pay special attention to the movement and form of the workout so that you continue to enjoy injury-free workouts.
I have trained people across age groups and performance levels, right from young kids to athletes, to older adults up to 70 years of age.

Sudhan has a great understanding of workout routine and its application on individual body. He has gotten me from am injured leg with no squats possible to close to 100 kg in squatting. I would highly recommend him
I have been training with Sudhan for almost an year now.
He is a great coach and precisely explains how different exercises helps different muscle groups.
With little or no experience in lifting weights or strength training, I am now able to lift 135 Kg of Deadlifts and 85 Kg of Back Squats. I have also trained with him using different Kettlebell and TRX techniques.
Training with Sudhan has also improved my running efficiency. I was able to improve my 5K and 10K running times, through better training of glutes, core, hamstring and back.
He has also helped my dad a bit on exercises to reduce his knee pain.
Sudhan has also been helpful in figuring out specific exercises to reduce my stiffness aand soreness in certain muscle groups so that I can continue training without injuries or over straining myself.
