Shloka is believed to help immensely in boosting memory power, and concentration of every individual, who practices it with dedication. It also helps in mental and physical health in enormous ways. Brings positivity,peace and calmness. Helps find right balance of thoughts.
I teach Shloka chanting, Vishnu Sahasranamam, Lalitha Sahasranamam, Hanuman chalisa, Panchakam, Ashtakams, Bhaja Govindam parayanam and many more in a methodical way.
