About Jay
I’m a Maths and Philosophy graduate from the University of York and a certified participant in the US Culture and Professional Development Program at George Mason University (USA). With a strong background in both analytical thinking and personal development, I bring a balanced approach to life coaching — combining structure and reflection with genuine empathy and motivation. I have experience helping people improve their confidence, habits, and overall wellbeing, as well as providing career guidance, CV support, and interview preparation. During my time at York, I worked with the Careers and Employability Department, where I supported students in identifying their strengths, setting goals, and planning career pathways. Through that work, and my continued contact with professionals across multiple industries, I’ve developed a clear understanding of what employers and organisations are truly looking for. My goal as a coach is to help you develop clarity, focus, and self-belief — turning aspirations into achievable, meaningful steps forward.

My life coaching sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in both your personal and professional life. Whether you want to improve your habits, boost your wellbeing, or make progress towards your career goals, each session is fully tailored to your individual needs. While studying at the University of York, I worked with the Careers and Employability Department, supporting students in developing their professional profiles and career plans. Through that experience — and through ongoing connections with professionals across different industries — I’ve gained a clear understanding of what employers actually look for. I can also support you with CV writing, interview preparation, and career strategy, helping you present your strengths effectively and with confidence. My approach is practical, structured, and supportive, focused on turning insight into action and helping you build long-term success.
