About Leah
I’ve been teaching Spanish for over a decade, and I approach it as both a language and a cultural experience. My BA in Comparative Literature allows me to merge artistic study with linguistic precision. In my classes, students explore masterpieces of art and architecture in Spanish. We describe what we see, interpret what we feel, and build vocabulary through beauty. I teach architectural terms, historical movements, and stylistic expression. Each lesson combines grammar with visual interpretation and discussion. Students learn to critique, analyze, and reflect in Spanish naturally. I focus on developing analytical and creative communication equally. This method strengthens confidence and curiosity. My students discover how art can unlock new levels of fluency.
