About Joel

I am a translator and interpreter of conferences with a Degree in Modern Languages. I have taught English and German translation and conference interpreting. I have 10 years of experience with the English-German-Spanish combination. I have given translation classes in universities and institutes to 30 students or only one.

About the lesson

My teaching method is original. I do not have students copy, but learn through total immersion in the language. I use different techniques for fast and effective language learning. I focus on helping students internalize concepts in their mind in the foreign language, not just single words. In this way, the student can learn to think in that language.

Conocí a Joel durante mis estudios de traducción e interpretación. Se caracteriza por ser una persona muy paciente y muy responsable. Trabajamos juntos como compañeros de cabina en una interpretación simultánea y fue una experiencia muy grata. Siempre intenta ayudar, no se deja estresar fácilmente y siempre da lo mejor de sí para garantizar un trabajo de calidad.
