About La Maña
My name is David Cortes, I am a fashion designer who has lived in Mexico for 22 years. I have traveled throughout Mexico thanks to my involvement in the arts. I know the slang and culture from the streets to the most formal settings.
Now, I am excited to offer my expertise as an English teacher. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I have a deep understanding of the language learning process and the challenges that come with it. I am patient, creative and adaptable, and can tailor my teaching methods to suit each individual student.
In addition to my language skills, I bring a unique perspective to the classroom. My experience as a designer has given me a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for aesthetics, which I incorporate into my teaching style.
