In my experience, learning a Language is much easier if you live in the Country where it is mainly spoken. But if you don't have the opportunity, I have the tools to teach you German or English at a high enough level to travel and communicate without problems in less than a year. I use a Studyplan based on your Level, but it is also based on the idea that we know each other better and can talk as much as possible since that will lead you to the Success of your Goal. Studying a language requires the desire to learn it. I recommend a minimum of two or three classes per week plus daily personal practices.
