About Alfaeid

I am an educator and researcher with a strong background in Islamic Studies, Arabic, and classical Islamic scholarship (turath).

My academic and teaching experience includes the study of Arabic grammar, Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Aqidah, Mantiq, and other traditional Islamic sciences. I am also experienced in reading and analyzing classical Arabic texts, academic research, and working with primary Islamic sources.

I have been involved in teaching and academic activities in a traditional Islamic educational environment, as well as postgraduate study in education. This combination allows me to connect traditional Islamic scholarship with a structured and accessible teaching approach.

I enjoy helping students understand difficult texts step by step, especially those who want to improve their ability to read turath independently and understand how classical scholars develop their arguments.

I welcome beginners, university students, Islamic Studies students, and anyone who is genuinely interested in learning Arabic and the Islamic intellectual tradition.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for students who want to study Arabic and Islamic classical texts (turath) in a structured and practical way.

I teach according to the student’s level, from basic Arabic reading and grammar to the study of classical Islamic texts. Lessons may include Nahw, Sarf, Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Aqidah, Mantiq, and other traditional Islamic sciences depending on the student’s needs.

My teaching approach is text-based. Students will learn not only the meaning of a passage, but also how to analyse its grammar, terminology, argument, and structure of reasoning.

For beginners, I provide step-by-step guidance in reading Arabic texts. For intermediate and advanced students, lessons can focus on reading turath directly, understanding scholarly terminology, analysing arguments, and discussing the methodology used by classical scholars.

Lessons are conducted online and can be adapted for students of Islamic Studies, university students, pesantren/dayah students, or anyone interested in developing a deeper understanding of classical Islamic scholarship.
