About Ruhani
With an MSc in Radiochemistry and over 5 years of teaching experience, I bring chemistry to life through food and nutrition. I teach topics like macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes in a way that connects directly to what students eat and cook. My goal is to make chemistry practical and enjoyable. I often use examples from real foods to explain how reactions happen during cooking or digestion. Lessons may include small dietary analyses to explore how nutrients work in the body.
