About Naomi
I'm certified in trauma-informed care and have over 12 years of experience working in Education Administration. I take my role seriously as an educator and look at the holistic life of each student individually to help them succeed. Safety and autonomy are my first priority when teaching. I don't do "cookie-cutter" lesson plans, but rather gear each lesson plan towards the strengths, weaknesses, and learning style of each student to ensure they're able to master the subject. I truly believe that there is no such thing as a stupid question, nor a stupid person. The key to teaching a subject successfully is about empowering the student to believe in themselves and their abilities; the subject matter is just secondary.

I have over 12 years of experience in Instructional Design, so I know how to create engaging lesson plans for learners of all ages and learning styles. I'm also very patient, using trauma-informed training to guide me in helping struggling students.
My lessons range from beginner to intermediate levels. So, my clients are those who are just being introduced to the language all the way through conversational Spanish-speakers who need more formal education for school or work purposes.
