About Angela
I am a qualified teacher with ten years of experience working with children of all ages. I have graduated from UNIFE in Lima Peru. I have the Spanish Teaching Certificate E/LE (Spanish as Foreign Language Certificate) - 2020 by Academia Buenos Aires of Argentina and Cervantes Institute, and the First TEFL Certificate (Teaching of English as Foreign Language) - 2015 by Hunter College, City University of New York and Idiomas Católica in Lima - Peru. I have worked as a Special Education teacher, Preschool teacher, Youth Counselor, English Tutor, English teacher, Spanish teacher, and Assistant Teacher. I love teaching and I enjoy working with students while I am learning about them. I consider myself patient, polite and a very creative person with a good sense of humor, an optimist, and engaged with my role as a teacher.

I plan and develop lessons in Spanish for students K-5, teenagers, and adults. Students are introduced to structures of the language in topic-based lessons, with an emphasis on developing real-communication skills and developing essential comprehension and fluency skills.
