About Meralle
I am a fourth year student at UBC, specializing in a combined major in chemical biology. As an IB student in high school, I received first year credit for English, History, Biology and Chemistry. I tutor high school students in mostly Biology and Chemistry.

I prefer one-on-one sessions, or group sessions with a maximum of two students. At the moment, I only teach high school students from grades 9 - 12. I will first go over what is being learned in class and answer any queries the student has about the topic. Then we will go over the subject matter in detail and at a pace suiting the student. I may assign extra problems or homework that will help the student understand the topic more through practice.

Perfect! My Son needed some tutoring help for his IB Biology & Chemistry. Tutor Meralle was kind enough to teach him. Now my Son scored very high marks in his IB Bio and Chemistry subjects. He is so Confident on both the subjects now. We thanks and recommend Meralle for her teaching skills. Luckily to have her as a tutor for our son for the above mentioned subjects.

Meralle is a fantastic tutor. After the first class my daughter immediately decided she will continue. Meralle has great patience and she can explain the theories very well. She can turn the difficult concepts to something fun to learn. My daughter has improved dramatically and has much more interest in both chemistry and biology. She enjoys Meralle's class very much.
