I am an international student from Mexico currently studying at the University of British Columbia and majoring in International Relations. I have 3 years of experience teaching languages to kids and adults with different levels of proficiency. I am fluent in Spanish, English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French. My students always end up enjoying the language instead of treating it as a responsibility. I focus more on practicality, therefore, I like to let my students practice their oral skills and listening skills as much as possible. The class environment is usually chill and inclusive. I prepare different study plans for my students according to their needs. It can be based on PPTs or conversation-based (for intermediate/advanced students) and I have extensive experience teaching in both styles.
