About Layth
I am a pharmacist at UCL, but what matters is that I grew up in a French speaking environment. In fact, French is a first language for me, all my studies up to this year were in French, and everyone I communicated with, I did using French. Whether it be a friend, a parent or a school principal. In addition to that, I took very advanced classes where I had to analyze complicated pieces of literature or study historical events or explain economic and scientific phenomena and make presentations and essays about that. Those had to have a very high linguistic standard and they did. Finally, the reason you should take me on as your tutor is that throughout my high school years, I offered tutoring to younger pupils that needed help or wanted to go deeper and further in what they already mastered.

My teaching philosophy is centered around flexibility, I will adapt to your needs. I will tweak my course so that it best suits you, because this will make my job easier and your learning faster and more effective. It all depends on your goals, if your goal is to learn how to communicate and speak, then we’ll do lots of interactive activities Whereas if you want to learn how to write correct essays and dissertations then I’ll give you written exercices and then make you improve based on what your weaknesses are and what your strengths are.
