I am a dedicated and professional tutor committed to helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. As a student at UCSB studying Psychological & Brain Sciences, I understand the challenges students face and strive to create a supportive, encouraging learning environment. I tailor my teaching approach to each student's needs, focusing on clear explanations, patience, and strong communication. - Lessons are for any students grades 1st through 12th.
- A lesson depends on age and level, but typically starts with 5 minutes of creative writing on a given subject to increase the student's ability to think and write quickly on any topic. From there, lessons vary. However, frequently follow with review of previous work and some time for improvement. Then, we will work on an essay progressively that we will add to throughout lessons.
