My one-on-one session with Cian exceeded my expectations! As an experienced 27yr old female player, I found the perfect blend of enjoyment and challenge in the session. Cian created a personalized experience that catered to my skill level, making the drills both engaging and demanding. What stood out the most was the intensity of the session – I definitely worked up a sweat! Cian structured the session to be physically demanding, providing a solid workout while refining my soccer skills. Cian really takes the whole child into consideration, where they are at and where they would like to be. His method and approach made my 9yr old son feel supported and really boosted his confidence. We look forward to continuing our 1:1 coaching with Cian.

I spent my U17 season as a player under Cian and about 6 months in 2022 coaching alongside him at home in Ireland, he has heaps of knowledge of the game and he really helped me develop as a player throughout that season. As well as that he’s a generally great guy, so he was always easy to get on with which is why i worked so often with him during my 6 months coaching within the same company (Dynamic Coaching) and he once again taught me loads, this time as a coach, he always ran me through his drills for the night, encouraged me to get involved and to give my own insights to any players who might need it, as well as oftentimes leaving the warmups to me, which was all great in both educating me as a coach and also bringing me out of my shell, as at the time i wasnt a very vocal coach as i was fairly new to it. As i said cian is all round a great guy, very easy to get on with, always willing to help and very easy to talk to and/or come to if ever help was needed. If you want to become a better player, cian is definitely your guy.

Cian is a brilliant coach, he started coaching me when I was very young and coached me again at interleague level I have always found him excellent at explaining drills and helping with positioning. He is very friendly and always understanding.

Speaking as a parent, Cian coached my daughter for 2 seasons and I can honestly say he was brilliant. Girls when they hit that 16 ,17 age group can be very challenging, and it's not easy to keep them interested to continue playing sport. Cian always praised, encouraged and supported either through a win or loose situation. He would take her aside and give her that little few words to keep going, never ever a negative word only encouragement. He always got involved aswell with a session and made it fun which I think makes a massive difference when trying to help everyone interested. I have found Cian to be an excellent coach, my daughter had him with the inter league team and we had Cian as an academy coach at our club coaching kids from 5 years old to 16 years old. I have worked with Cian over the last 4 years both as one of his players and coaching alongside him. I could not speak highly enough of him. Cian is an incredibly hard worker and holds himself and his players to really high standards. Every session I have done with Cian has been fun, enjoyable and I felt I was definitely improving as a player as did the rest of the squad.

Cian is a super coach. He is kind and patient with the children. He is able to get his point across in a manner that they understand so they are constantly learning. Cian created an atmosphere of fun while allowing the kids to develop not just their soccers skills but also their social skills. I could not recommend Cian highly enough. With Cian’s help both my sons have gone onto play elite level National League while growing a love for the sport.
