About Ashley
I'm a recent grad of UNC Chapel Hill, and I still work and live in the local area. I'm looking to help local students achieve their dreams and close the achievement gap while working full-time in a STEM job in the area. As a black, disabled woman, I'm open to working with students across all disciplines and areas in an inclusive environment.

I enjoy taking a multidisciplinary approach to teaching by trying to tie together the students' in-class curriculum with what they need to work on. I enjoy taking my time to help make lessons stick, and I'm even open to creating structured learning plans for different kinds of learners. As a high-achieving student with a disability, I try to tailor my lessons to an individual's needs. I'm experienced with helping students with learning and developmental disabilities.
