I like to make sure that all students are getting the most out of their lessons. At the start of their lesson, I will “check-in” on how they are doing schoolwork wise and if they need anything to be covered further. The lesson before I would have given some suggestions on what would be covered the next lesson, they will also be given a small question sheet to fill out on the topic covered that session. At the end of each session I’ll ask how they think the lesson went and if there was anything they want me to change or do differently
