About James
I'm James and I have had a passion for teaching since I was around 15. I have always loved that moment on a person's face when they finally understand something that they didn't before. That pride in themselves that sometimes, is challenging to get to. I want you to feel that pride in yourself too. Not only when you understand a topic I teach, but especially when you walk away from results day. I want every student to get the help and support that they need to feel that sense of accomplishment, and what better way than to teach?

I like to get to know the ways in which you think, and help you use that thought process to your advantage, because everybody is different. I have tutored many people in the past, helping them raise their grades by teaching them to think alone. My lessons are aimed at people aged 12-16 for preparation for their GCSEs; however, I will also accommodate anyone else that may either be resitting their GCSEs or taking a functional skills course.

James has been my tutor for around a year and he has helped me improve my predicted math grade from a 3 to a 5. He has also helped me with my further maths. Throughout the year, he has been patient with me and explained things in a way that I'd understand. He has always pushed me to believe in myself and keep trying my hardest
I think James is a trustworthy tutor as he really helped during my GCSEs and for this I passed he’s also really cheap and take a lot of time and care to really help my needs and supported me when I was struggling with certain areas
