About Ben
I have tutored a number of people GCSE mathematics but my teaching mentality comes from my experience as a ski instructor and rowing coach. I have developed communication skills and methodology that i can apply to academic learning have had to teach a variety of people in two different languages.

I use problem based learning, I find the best way to teach something is by example as fundamentally we all learn by doing. This philosophy has come from my experience as an oarsmen, rowing coach and ski instructor where you learn simply by doing it over and over again using slightly different exercises to allow you to feel any change you make. I believe this can be applied to academic tutoring.
