About Alexandros
Hi, I am a first-year medical student at QUB! I was always curious about the sciences and I wanted to know how things work. Being able to apply such knowledge to the human body and help someone lead a better, healthier life may bring about a positive change in that individual's life and those around them. That certainly inspires me to pursue a path in this field!

Having gone through the stress of IGCSEs and A levels, I would have loved to have someone who has gone through this process and learnt from it, to guide me. Tutoring with me should not be stressful; rather it should be just a way to get to know each other, have a good time learning together and for me to have a chance to share with you some of the techniques and skills I developed back when I was a student that helped me achieve the grades that I needed to get into medical school. Having had a year of experience tutoring a GCSE student, Maths, I think I want to teach the way I would want to be taught and so these lessons will be collaborative and we will work as a team to identify any gaps or possible misconceptions about certain topics. My focus therefore will be on identifying key weaknesses and turning them into strengths to improve confidence and overall performance.
