About Inaya
I'm a third-year neuroscience student at the University of Manchester on a lab placement year. I'm most interested in the way that genes can be activated or inactivated by aspects of our environment (epigenetics).
Topics like this can require a significant amount of time and effort to process, but my students consistently come to understand them through the use of diagrams, videos, and presentations. I've been tutoring for almost a year and a half, and have helped multiple students with their Biology A-level. I've taught over 230 one-on-one lessons.

I tailor my sessions to my students' interests, abilities, and learning styles. So, my objective in the first lesson is always to determine what you would like to focus on.
In the next lessons, I deliver PowerPoints that I've made or guide my students through their revision, depending on what they feel they need. The classes usually last one hour, and I typically work with the same student once or twice a week.
