About Felix
My name is Felix and I’m a 19-year-old undergraduate at Newcastle University. I am studying Chemical Engineering and have an immense passion for Chemistry. I also enjoy practical subjects such as Design and Technology and have developed strong Maths skills to pair with them.
I’m a firm believer in that hard work beats talent and that no challenge is too hard to be overcome.

Hi, I am a recent A-level student offering GCSE Chemistry and Maths tutoring.
I achieved an A in Chemistry A-level and a B in Maths A-level as well as an AS Further Maths.
This has given me a strong understanding of both subjects and the skills required for GCSE. I am familiar with exam specifications and how to effectively use time to revise for said exams.
My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs whether they are looking to build their confidence, improve their grades or achieve top grades.
In Chemistry, I look to build a wider understanding of key concepts and applications to the real world. It’s more fun that way. A big focus is on mastering the exam skills needed to answer both calculations and extended response questions effectively.
For Maths, lessons focus on developing strong core skills, problem-solving ability, and exam technique through targeted practice and past-paper questions. This is because I believe the best way to improve at Maths is to do Maths.
