About Nina
I am a Physics student at the University of Manchester going into my 4th year, currently on track to receive a 1st class honours. For my A-levels I studied the subjects Physics, Maths, Further Maths(AS) and Computer Science from which I received A*,A*,A,A respectively. I am keen on teaching physics and maths to my tutees in a way that enhances their interest in the subject but also support them in developing their problem solving skills.
I have been tutoring Maths and Physics for over 3 years alongside my studies as a Physics undergraduate. During this time, I have worked with more than 20 students across KS3, GCSE, and A-level.

-I would summarise my teaching method as "attempt, fail, learn" which I utilise by working through past exam paper questions of their specific exam board together.
-I’m familiar with all major exam boards and am comfortable adapting my approach to suit each student’s specific syllabus and learning style.

Perfect! She explains topics really well by simplifying them and using examples. I find it easier to answer questions in class and have improved since she became my tutor.

Nina's patience and clear explanation has really helped me gain a deeper understanding of physics. Unlike a lot of teachers, she has a really really deep understanding of physics and all the different modules, and because she is also a student these concepts are fresh in her mind so that she can explain really well and in different ways if you don't understand the first time. Nina is really able to take you on her thought process, so you don't just learn the answer to your question but also more about the mathematical and scientific process of breaking down and solving a question problem. Her tutelage has really helped me and I am really grateful !
Nina is an excellent tutor as she explains the full steps in detail, and goes over anything I didn't understand again. After receiving her tuition, I was able to better grasp the concepts. I highly recommend her as I saw improvements in my learning exponentially.
