About Junayd
Hi! I'm Junayd. I am a Physics Undergraduate at King's College London enrolled in their integrated Master's Programme. I achieved A*s in both International GCSE Maths and Physics before going on to sit Maths, Physics and Further Maths at A level.
Alongside my studies I have had the privilege of working with students of a wide range of backgrounds both academically and through extracurriculars.
Having completed my studies at school and college while navigating national level football and athletics alongside leading school based initiatives, I have a good understanding of the challenges that students face in today's academic environment.
Whether a student is looking to catch up, achieve top grades, or get ahead of their classmates, I tailor my lessons to suit their individual needs and learning style. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling difficult concepts.

I am a strong believer that a strong intuition for both physical and mathematical concepts is necessary for learning. However, examinations ultimately test a student's fluency in applying that understanding. My method for teaching my students is to build a solid intuitive foundation (which may include material outside of the exam specification) for major themes and topics before teaching neat and fluent notation to suit exams in the most effective manner.
My lessons typically range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, though this is flexible depending on the student's needs and preferences.
I have experience tutoring both one-to-one and group sessions ranging from Year 7 to GCSE level, both online and in person.
I offer lessons in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics for GCSE and A-level students, as well as younger students who would like to build a strong foundation or get ahead in these subjects.
