About Subhangi
Hello there! Welcome on-board~~~
My name is Subhangi, and I am a soon-to-be graduate student. I was born and raised in Kolkata and currently reside there with my family of 4, including me, my mother, my father, and my maternal aunt. I have done my schooling at Adamas International School, a private school in the heart of Kolkata itself, with 12th grade subjects like psychology, economics, political science, geography, English, and Hindi, securing an 89% in the boards. Then I went on to pursue my Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology, from Adamas University, where I was part of a lot of workshops and seminars on mental health and educational policies and have worked on a lot of community projects. I am a person-oriented individual and have always been interested in teaching, and graduating in psychology made me realize how close education and psychology are, and it became my mission statement to help young kids overcome their doubts and conflicts. I want to teach kids in classes 1–5, mainly in arts subjects; however, other subject-related doubts are also welcome. I believe that, belonging to the field of study that I have, my strongest character trait is to be patient and empathetic towards the other person and calmly listen to their worries, qualities that are highly required in a teaching profession. Though this is my first time trying something like this, I believe I will be extremely helpful for the community at large.

As a psychology student, my primary goal is to cater to the students' needs, focus on their mental capabilities, and understand their problems from their point of view. I encourage every individual to open up their curious side and ask a lot of questions, which I would like to instill in my students as well. I am interested in providing tuition to school students from classes 1 to 5, primarily for English and arts subjects; however, I can cater to all subjects if the student needs this kind of support. I strongly believe in student-centric educational facilities and would like to maintain the same environment in my class as well.
