About Kiesha
I am an Undergraduate student studying Criminology Bsc at the University of Leicester. Teaching and tutoring is one of the best jobs to have a student because not only will I be teaching you but I will also be learning. I believe as a student I can relate to you more than your typical middle aged teacher and provide you with more contemporary examples. Being a student also means that I can explain certain concepts and ideas to you in a way your teachers may never be able to do. Helping students who may be struggling or not able to understand their teacher’s methods of teaching also makes me feel great as I am determined to help you to the best of my ability.

My sessions are resourceful, engaging and rememberable. I teach you new skills that will help you in your other subject choices and studies. My sessions are at a steady pace and I only move on to a new topic/concept being fully confident that you have understood what I have taught you. Being a current student I know what it feels like to have anxiety about exams and deadlines so I give you tips and guides on how to manage this throughout my sessions. I have full knowledge of exam boards such as WJEC & AQA and am always familiarising myself with changes in the SPEC from these exam boards. My sessions are also relaxed and not too demanding yet get your brain working.
