About Samiha
I am a BSc student at the University of Toronto majoring in health science and psychology, and minoring in biomedical communications. Before joining Superprof, I was a local tutor specializing in math at the middle and high school levels. I can support students with their homework, assignments, or test prep! I am focused on high school math and physics. If you would like help with first-year university physics, I am able to teach that too!

The lessons are meant to motivate students who struggle with foundational concepts. The structure includes an introduction to concepts, followed by application and critical thinking questions. If there are specific questions the student would like help with, please let me know in advance (send material at least 5 minutes prior so I can take a quick look).

Samiha’s teaching was clear and she took her time with my learning speed. The hard concepts was explained well and I was comfortable asking questions when I didn’t understand. Overall, helped me a lot with my maths and I ended up doing really well on my exam!

Additional rates are discussed before booking. Rates are subject to change if the student does not provide materials, such as a syllabus or textbook. It is preferred that future students provide their syllabus or textbook, as it is more convenient for me to prepare a problem set, and I can follow your curriculum closely.
I have a cancellation fee which cannot be waived. Time is crucial for tutors and teachers; therefore, if a student does not confirm the lesson on Superprof within 12 hours, then it will be regarded as the lesson being cancelled.
If a student continuously cancels lessons on the day of, I will no longer book with the student.
