About Lucy
My name is Lucy and I am a 21 year old English and music student at the University of Sheffield. Although I do not study french at university I am conversationally fluent in the subject and am planning to work abroad for a year or so once I have finished university, as from a young age, modern languages were my favourite school subjects. I really love french music and recommend Zaz who is my current favourite, I have covered a few of her songs for public performances before.

Each session is an hour long unless specified. For primary students and early secondary I teach grammar and topic specific vocabulary using games to advance this learning. For GCSE students I can help with their oral, reading, writing and listening using a variety of different activities to keep the lessons diverse and interesting. These activities may range from but are not limited to, conversations, online games to improve and learn vocab, translating different passages, songs and poems, listening to french songs, and watching videos.
The focus on the lessons will depend on each student and what they need the most help and support with.
