About Cal
Hello hello.
My name is Cal I am a Bachelor of Science Psychology student at Maynooth University. I have tutored maths before, for both primary and secondary school students. Additionally, I happen to absolutely love maths, I chose to take the equivalent of Further Maths Higher Level for my secondary school dipploma, despite absolutely not needing it for my undergraduate degree, because I really enjoy maths.
I believe that with a little curiosity, even the most boring subjects (I'm looking at you statistics) can be made into a fun and not as daunting prospect.
I have an absurd amount of different resources to learn any kind of maths at practically any level, both from my previous tutoring and my own learning.
If you are struggling with maths and want to improve in a fun, low-pressure environment, I'd be happy to help you out!

- Younger students: a game and real world approach to maths, focusing on curiosity and understanding
- Older/more advanced students: Exam preparation with more rigorous teaching, still a fun approach with a multitude of resources given for each lesson
- Very focused on what the student struggles with the most

- Achieved first honours in Linear Algebra and Integral Calculus in 1st year of Undergraduate degree.
